Citizenship law governs the acquisition and loss of German citizenship, in particular through birth or naturalization. We provide expert support in all administrative and legal proceedings and enforce your right to German citizenship.
We represent you in all phases of criminal proceedings. Contact us immediately as soon as you receive mail from the police or public prosecutor's office. The earlier we are involved, the better we can positively influence your proceedings.
We support you in every phase of your asylum proceedings: from preparing your asylum application to accompanying you to the hearing and representing you in court in the event of rejections or Dublin proceedings. Our advice increases your chances of a successful asylum procedure.
Whether for work, family, study, or humanitarian reasons, we provide comprehensive advice on all purposes of residence in Germany. We represent your interests before immigration authorities, embassies, and courts. In particular, we support you with visa procedures, work permits, recognition of qualifications, and applications for a settlement or permanent residence permit.
Depending on your residence status, you may be entitled to social benefits. We consistently enforce your rights to benefits in the event of pregnancy, care needs, illness, disability, or passport procurement, and represent you before authorities and social courts.
