You are welcome to make an appointment for counselling. You can call us:
Telephone: 0049 - 30 956 063 26 or send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
During consultation, we clarify your legal options and discuss our proposed course of action. Which rights do you have? How can you assert your rights? Do you need legal assistance? How high are the expenses you incur?
After consultation we will gladly represent you in the administrative procedure or assert your rights before the courts.
Our fees for legal representation in the administrative procedure and court are based on the provisions of the Lawyer´s Reimbursement Act (Rechtsanwaltsvergütungsgesetz – RVG). In cases that legal fees of the RVG evidently will not cover the workload, we will propose the agreement of a freelance contract. According to this contract our reimbursement will be based on a specific hourly rate or a flat rate. We will negotiate the fee contract with you individually and record it in writing.
The fee for an initial consultation depends on the specific case. It amounts to a maximum of 190 € plus VAT.
On demand we will clarify how much an initial consultation would cost in your specific case.
Counselling Assistance under Legal Advice Scheme (Beratungshilfe) and Legal Aid (Prozesskostenhilfe oder Verfahrenskostenhilfe):
If you have a low income you can apply for counselling assistance (Beratungshilfe). Counselling assistance covers the lawyer’s fee for the extra-judicial part of a legal dispute, for example a consultation or an objection to an administrative act.
Please apply for counselling assistance before the intial consultation at the application office (Rechtsantragsstelle) of the district court of your domicile. You can submit administrative decisions for social security benefits, payroll statements, the latest tax assessment notice, current account statements as income evidence. If you have any questions concerning the application process, please contact our law office for advice.
If the dispute is already in the judicial process, you can apply for Legal Aid (Prozesskostenhilfe oder Verfahrenskostenhilfe). The state then estimates the legal costs incurred, including the costs of experts, interpreters and your legal representation.
You must complete a form for application for legal aid declaring your income situation (Erklärung über die persönlichen und wirtschaftlichen Verhältnisse) and providing proof of your income status along with supporting documents.
→ You can find the form here.
